Polis Re insurance centre invites an insurance manager to join its team in Moscow. Our principle has not changed since our early years: a company is only as good as its people. We are looking for someone who enjoys understanding insurance, talking to clients and seeing every request through to a result.
What you will do
- advise private clients and companies on types of insurance — from OSAGO (compulsory motor third-party liability), KASKO (motor own-damage) and travel insurance to property and business liability insurance;
- identify the client's needs and prepare requests to insurance companies;
- compare insurers' offers and explain differences in terms, cover and exclusions to the client;
- support the conclusion of contracts, maintain the client database and send renewal reminders;
- help clients when an insured event occurs: explain the steps to take and the documents required;
- process requests received through the website.
Who we are looking for
- experience in sales or client work in the financial sector; insurance experience is an advantage;
- an understanding of insurance basics and willingness to keep learning: legislation and products keep changing;
- good spoken and written Russian and the ability to explain complex things briefly and clearly;
- discipline, speed and responsibility for your work;
- confident use of a computer, CRM and office software.
