Chubb Insurance Company LLC is the Russian company of the international Chubb group, whose parent company, Chubb Limited, is incorporated in Zurich, Switzerland. In Russia the company works primarily with corporate clients. Bank of Russia licences: SL No. 3969, SI No. 3969 and PS No. 3969 (personal insurance other than life, property insurance and reinsurance).
The international financial strength ratings of the group's key companies do not apply to the Russian legal entity; Chubb Insurance Company LLC has no ratings from Russian agencies. The company does not disclose its ownership structure, based on a decision of the Bank of Russia Board of Directors.
