Insurance Company Dominanta LLC is a Moscow insurer serving both companies and individuals. Bank of Russia licences: SL No. 3803 and SI No. 3803 (voluntary personal insurance other than life, and property insurance). It does not offer OSAGO or life insurance. The company has no reliability ratings.

For legal entities:

- construction and erection risks — for developers and contractors;
- cargo;
- general and professional liability;
- employee accident insurance.
For individuals: voluntary health insurance, accident insurance and travel insurance.
Before signing a construction and erection risks policy, check whether it covers the commissioning period and the warranty period after handover: these options are usually agreed separately.

According to the Bank of Russia, Dominanta collected RUB 30.6 million in premiums in 2025 and paid out RUB 839 thousand (market rank 99). In the first half of 2026: RUB 13.7 million in premiums (rank 96), with no claims paid.
