GUTA-Strakhovanie JSC was registered in Moscow on 27 October 1997. It is a multi-line insurer with an emphasis on commercial insurance. According to the company, it is not part of an insurance group. CEO: Irina Ivanovna Lesina.
The company holds a full set of licences for commercial business: SI and SL No. 1820 (voluntary property and personal insurance), OS No. 1820-04 (compulsory liability insurance for owners of hazardous facilities, OSOPO), OS No. 1820-05 (compulsory carrier liability insurance, OSGOP) and PS No. 1820 (reinsurance). It does not sell OSAGO. According to the company, it has not been assigned reliability ratings since 2014.

If an insured event occurs
- Notify the company within the time limit set in your policy and the insurance rules.
- Collect documents: the policy, certificates from the competent authorities or medical providers, receipts and photos.
- File a claim and keep a copy stamped as received or the claim reference number.
- If you disagree with the decision, send a written complaint; individuals can bring a dispute to the Financial Ombudsman before going to court.
