Insurance Company Independent Insurance Group LLC (NSG) was established in Moscow in 2003 and works primarily with corporate clients. Its strategic focus is protecting industrial holdings and high-tech manufacturers: mechanical engineering, aircraft building, shipbuilding and engine building. The company insures deliveries of industrial products, including international shipments, and holds an FSB licence to work with information classified as a state secret.
NSG is a member of the All-Russian Insurance Association and the National Union of Liability Insurers. According to the company, its authorised capital is RUB 1 billion.
Types of insurance offered
Main products for businesses:
- cargo and transport risk insurance;
- aviation insurance, including non-civil aviation;
- commercial property and vehicle fleets;
- general and professional liability;
- OSOPO — compulsory liability insurance for owners of hazardous facilities (since 2014);
- voluntary medical insurance (DMS) and employee accident insurance.
Personal policies are also available for employees of corporate clients: KASKO (motor own damage), home insurance and travel insurance.

According to the Bank of Russia, in 2025 NSG collected RUB 5.5 billion in premiums and paid out RUB 1.6 billion, ranking 42nd in the market. In the first half of 2026 it collected RUB 3.6 billion and paid out RUB 461 million (ranked 40th).
