About the company
The Consumer Mutual Insurance Society of the Transport Industry (POVSTO) is a mutual insurance society from Yekaterinburg registered in 2020. Like any mutual, it insures only its members: participants set the contributions themselves, and the funds raised go to their insurance protection. The society may distribute a positive financial result for the year among its participants.
Day-to-day operations are managed by the board, chaired by Irina Mikhailovna Mironova; the society's director is Aleksandr Nosov (since March 2022). POVSTO holds Bank of Russia mutual insurance licence VS No. 4379.
To be insured by POVSTO, you have to join the society and become a member. This suits primarily companies and entrepreneurs in transport and related industries.
