RB Strakhovanie LLC is a Moscow insurer which, together with RB Strakhovanie Zhizni LLC (life insurance), operates in Russia under the Rosbank Insurance brand. The company specialises in retail products for bank customers: home insurance, mortgage insurance, personal accident and financial risk cover. Bank of Russia licences: SI No. 1580 and SL No. 1580 (voluntary property and personal insurance other than life).
ACRA credit rating: A+(RU), outlook Stable (rating action of 13 February 2026). According to the agency, the company is part of a large Russian financial and industrial group, and the group's bank has historically been its main sales channel.
Insurance products
- home and apartment insurance, including bundled policies covering the apartment, belongings and liability to neighbours;
- mortgage insurance for pledged property;
- personal accident insurance, including cover for amateur athletes;
- financial risk insurance for card holders and borrowers;
- group employee accident insurance.
Life insurance under the same brand is provided by a separate legal entity, RB Strakhovanie Zhizni.

According to the Bank of Russia, in 2025 the company collected RUB 389 million in premiums and paid out RUB 25.1 million (market rank 84). In the first half of 2026: RUB 178 million in premiums and RUB 5.1 million in claims, rank 84. Premiums fell after the reorganisation of the partner bank through which most policies were sold.

If an insured event occurs
- Notify the company within the time limit set in your policy and the insurance rules.
- Collect documents: the policy, certificates from the competent authorities or medical providers, receipts and photos.
- File a claim and keep a copy stamped as received or the claim reference number.
- If you disagree with the decision, send a written complaint; individuals can bring a dispute to the Financial Ombudsman before going to court.
