About the company
Insurance Company SFERA JSC is one of the youngest insurers in Russia. It was registered in Moscow in 2025 and on 4 September 2025 received Bank of Russia licences No. 4415:
- SI — voluntary property insurance;
- SL — voluntary personal insurance other than life;
- PS — reinsurance.
The company's office is on Presnenskaya Embankment in Moscow. It is not entitled to offer OSAGO or life insurance — it has no such licences.
Types of insurance offered
According to Bank of Russia statistics, the company's first premiums come from cargo insurance. Its licences allow it to insure business property and liability, cargo and vehicles, to provide personal insurance (accident, voluntary health insurance) and to accept risks in reinsurance. Key figures
According to the Bank of Russia, in 2025 (its first months of operation) the company collected about RUB 45,000 in premiums. In the first half of 2026 premiums grew to RUB 3.1 million (104th place on the market), with no payouts.

In the event of a cargo claim, notify the insurer immediately, record the damage or shortage together with the carrier (commercial report, notes in transport documents) and keep the documents confirming the value of the cargo.
If you disagree with the insurer's decision, first send it a written claim (pretenziya). An individual consumer can then apply to the Financial Ombudsman — for many disputes this is a mandatory step before going to court. See "Insured event" for details.
