About the company

NKO POVS Sirius is a non-profit corporate organisation — a consumer mutual insurance society (OVS). The society is registered in Moscow and operates under perpetual Bank of Russia licence VS No. 4400 dated 27.07.2023 for mutual insurance. Its director is Egor Aleksandrovich Bolshakov.

A mutual insurance society differs from an ordinary insurance company: it insures only its members and works not for profit but to protect their interests. Mutual societies are regulated by Federal Law No. 286-FZ "On Mutual Insurance".

Types of insurance offered

Sirius's main line is liability insurance for insolvency practitioners (arbitration managers). Such a contract protects the practitioner if a court orders them to compensate parties to bankruptcy proceedings for losses caused by failure to perform or improper performance of their duties. The insurance rules and the premium calculation method are published on the society's website.

How to become a member

  • Read the membership regulations and the procedure for terminating membership — both are on the website.
  • Submit an application to join; once admitted, you can sign an insurance contract.
  • You can check whether an organisation or insolvency practitioner is a member by searching the register of members by taxpayer number (INN) on the Sirius website.

Key figures

According to the Bank of Russia, in 2025 the society collected about RUB 1.7 million in contributions (110th place among insurers) and made no payouts. In the first half of 2026 contributions amounted to about RUB 0.3 million.
