About the company

Insurance Company TIT was founded in 1993 by a group of aviation enterprises to insure civil aviation risks. Today its portfolio is balanced: in addition to aviation, the company insures property, liability, cargo, vehicles, health and travel for individuals, entrepreneurs and organisations.

TIT is a member of the All-Russian Insurance Association, the National Insurance Guild and the Russian Association of Aviation and Space Insurers. On 18 December 2025 the Bank of Russia granted it an OSAGO licence (OS No. 1182-03), and since 2 February 2026 it has been a full member of the RSA. In December 2024 the company voluntarily gave up its reinsurance licence after fulfilling its obligations under inward contracts.

Contacts and claims

Phones: 8 800 755-20-16 (free) and +7 (495) 274-01-00; email: info@titins.ru. The office is open on weekdays from 9:30 to 18:15. The insured event section of the website shows where to apply for each policy; for travellers, the assistance phone number is given in the contract.

Under OSAGO, a claim for direct loss settlement is filed with your own insurer. An accident can be registered without the traffic police using the European accident report (europrotokol) if the damage does not exceed RUB 100,000, or up to RUB 400,000 if it is recorded via Gosuslugi Avto or the DTP.Europrotokol app. The steps are described in the Insurance claims section.

If you disagree with a claim decision, first send the insurer a written complaint. For individuals, disputes of up to RUB 500,000 (and OSAGO disputes regardless of the amount) must go to the Financial Ombudsman before court.
