Insurance Company INSIGHT LLC was founded in 1994. Today it specialises in services for vehicle owners, relying on digital channels and clear service. It has been a member of the All-Russian Insurance Association since 2017 and of the Russian Union of Motor Insurers since 27 February 2023; its OSAGO licence was issued by the Bank of Russia on 2 February 2023.
The registered address is in Krasnogorsk (Moscow Region); the client office and postal address are in Moscow at 1/26 Bolshoy Tryokhgorny Lane, bldg 7.
Types of insurance offered
- OSAGO (compulsory motor third-party liability insurance) — online and in the office; you can estimate the price with the OSAGO calculator.
- KASKO (motor own damage) and GAP — cover for the gap between the insurance payout and the value of the car or the loan; extended warranty.

- Accident and sickness insurance, including for borrowers.

Key figures
According to the Bank of Russia, in 2025 Insight collected RUB 5 billion in premiums and paid out RUB 872 million, ranking 45th in the market. In the first half of 2026 it collected RUB 2.9 billion and paid out RUB 704 million (ranked 45th).

For each product (KASKO, GAP, OSAGO, mortgage, cargo) the website explains what to do at the scene, how to file a claim and which documents are required.
Under OSAGO, a claim for direct loss settlement is filed with your own insurer. An accident can be registered without the traffic police using the European accident report (europrotokol) if the damage does not exceed RUB 100,000, or up to RUB 400,000 if it is recorded via Gosuslugi Avto or the DTP.Europrotokol app. The steps are described in the Insurance claims section.
If you disagree with a claim decision, first send the insurer a written complaint. For individuals, disputes of up to RUB 500,000 (and OSAGO disputes regardless of the amount) must go to the Financial Ombudsman before court.
