PSB Insurance LLC is a universal insurer that has been operating in the Russian market since 2003. On 29 March 2023 SMP-Insurance LLC joined the Promsvyazbank Group and changed its name to PSB Insurance. The company belongs to the banking group headed by PJSC Bank PSB; life insurance within the group is provided by PSB Life Insurance.
The company offers corporate programmes protecting business property and financial interests, employee insurance and products for individuals. Its corporate clients include construction, energy and industrial companies, as well as banks.
Types of insurance offered
For individuals: mortgage insurance, apartment online, accident insurance, tick-bite cover, medical insurance for students and labour migrants, and travel insurance.
For businesses:
- KASKO (motor own damage) and vehicle fleets, railway and water transport;
- buildings, premises and equipment;
- cargo and construction and erection risks;
- corporate medical insurance and employee accident insurance;
- packaged programmes for small and medium-sized businesses and liability.
Key figures
According to the Bank of Russia, in 2025 PSB Insurance collected RUB 3.3 billion in premiums and paid out RUB 2 billion, ranking 50th in the market. In the first half of 2026 it collected RUB 2.5 billion and paid out RUB 986 million (ranked 46th).
