SCOR Perestrakhovaniye LLC (SCOR P.O.) was established in 2008 within the international reinsurance group SCOR. The group itself was founded in France in 1970 and has been present on the Russian market since 1998 — initially through a representative office of SCOR SE. The sole participant of the Russian company is SCOR SE, which holds 100% of the shares. The CEO is Daria Aleksandrovna Gorbunova.
The company operates under Bank of Russia licence PS No. 4174 dated 19.01.2016 for reinsurance. It does not sell policies to policyholders — this profile is intended for insurance companies and corporate clients.
Current status
In March 2022 the SCOR group announced that its Russian subsidiary had stopped underwriting new business. The licence remains in force, and the company continues to fulfil its obligations under existing contracts. According to the Bank of Russia, its inward reinsurance premiums for 2025 amounted to about RUB 57.7 million.
